Beecher’s brings handmade cheese to Seattle

Kurt Beecher Dammeier has been a fan of artisan cheese for as long as he can remember … So it’s not surprising that late last year, Dammeier, an entrepreneur, opened Beecher’s Handmade Cheese in Seattle’s Pike Place Market. “I love cheese, and I felt that Seattle, as a prominent artisan product town, really needed and could support its own cheese.”
