In praise of the wild mushroom

I am a mycophile — a mushroom lover. Hunting them is my passion. Whatever I have not yet done in the wild world of mushrooms, I hope to. I also feel good participating in a Pacific Northwest business that has evolved over many decades to become an important component of the rural economy.

Some familiar products are being replaced by new brands at PCC and we want you to know why. The items being discontinued include Horizon Organic dairy products, Breyer’s “all natural” ice cream, some Balance and Power bars, and a number of bodycare products.
