October is National Co-op Month. A recent study conducted by the University of Maryland and published in the Archives of Pediatrics & Adolescent Medicine emphasized the alarming increase in the number of American children being treated with psychiatric drugs. It says “From 1987-1996, the number (of medicated children) tripled, and shows no sign of slowing down.”
