pcc online classes

Online classes are offered live via the Zoom app, in either a demonstration (demo) or cook-along format. One spot in class is good for one kitchen. For best results, we recommend downloading the Zoom app in advance. For all classes, participants will receive recipes in advance and questions are encouraged via the chat feature during class. After the class, we will share a recorded version for reference to all registered students. Wine or beer pairings are provided for most adult menu classes.

Demonstration classes offer a chance for students can sit back and watch a pro at work.

Cook-along classes are designed as an interactive hands-on experience, with a smaller class size and the instructor guiding students through the dishes.  A shopping list, recipes and any class preparation steps will be provided prior to the class. If you are planning to cook-along with the instructor, make sure to read through and complete the steps listed in the preparation instructions before class.

Note: Students are welcome to cook along during demo classes if they wish, but due to the timing and format, instructors may not be able troubleshoot any issues in real time. Please reference the recipes for equipment and steps you may need to complete ahead of the class.

Kids’ classes are planned as cook-alongs. Parental assistance or supervision may be needed for younger or less experienced students.

Classes tagged “Vegan” feature dishes that don’t contain animal-derived products. PCC does not advocate for particular diets or eating philosophies.

For cook-along classes, you are welcome to adjust the recipes/ingredients at home according to any dietary preferences.
