The formula is simple — sauté your choice of meat or vegetables in a pan, add a jar of sauce, cover and let simmer for a few minutes to allow the flavors to develop. Serve your meat and veggies over rice, noodles or even a baked potato and you have a quick, satisfying meal. All Natural Peanut Sauce
Locally based in Seattle, Thaifusions uses an original family recipe to create this tangy, authentic sauce. It’s handcrafted in small batches to develop a unique, nuanced flavor that enhances your favorite dishes. Toss it with veggies and noodles or simmer with meat and spinach for a swimming rama-style dish.
Oaxacan Red Chile Mole Simmer Sauce
This complex Mexican sauce contains ancho chiles and sesame seeds and is a perfect match for chicken or pork, served with rice. It also makes an excellent sauce for enchiladas or tamales, or serve it over eggs for brunch.
Goan Coconut Indian Simmer Sauce
With flavors of coconut, ginger and tangy tamarind, this medium heat sauce will transport you to the tropical shores of Goa in western India. In addition to simmering it with meats or veggies, you can add it to soups or stews to kick them up a notch.
Tomato Olive Chicken Skillet Sauce*
While this sauce has chicken in its name, it actually is vegetarian and is just as good with pasta as it is with meat. Containing ripe tomatoes, two kinds of olives, fresh basil and garlic, it also can be used in a quick hash of potatoes, onions and pancetta.
