- 1 package firm silken tofu (8 ounces)
- 1 to 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 4 teaspoons Dijon mustard
- 2 tablespoons lemon juice
- 1/2 teaspoon salt or to taste
- 1 teaspoon maple syrup
- 1/3 cup fresh cilantro*
- 2 tablespoons canola oil, optional
Combine all ingredients in a blender. Blend until a creamy consistency.
* Substitute the cilantro with any fresh herb you like.
