Spinach, Sage and Hazelnut Pesto

  • 1 cup coarsely chopped spinach leaves
  • 3 to 4 garlic cloves
  • 1/2 cup chopped basil
  • 3 to 4 chopped sage leaves
  • 1/4 cup toasted hazelnuts
  • 2 to 3 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon salt


Place all of the ingredients in a food processor and purée until smooth.
