Sesame Seared Wild Alaskan Halibut

  • 4 halibut fillets, about 4 to 6 ounces each, skin on
  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 2 tablespoons sesame seeds
  • Finely sliced green onion


Preheat oven to 400° F.

Place the fillets in a parchment-lined baking dish. Brush with the soy sauce and sprinkle with the sesame seeds. Roast for 15 to 17 minutes or until the halibut is just opaque through. (Don’t overcook!) Garnish with sliced green onion.
