  • 4 (6-ounce) halibut or cod fillets
  • 1 tablespoon lemon oil
  • 1/4 teaspoon dried dill
  • 1 tablespoon chopped fresh dill, plus sprigs for garnish
  • Salt, to taste
  • 1 lemon, cut into 1/4-inch-thick slices


Preheat oven to 400° F. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

Gently toss fish with oil, dried dill, fresh dill and salt. Place fillets on the prepared baking sheet and bake for 10 minutes. Top each fillet with a slice of lemon and cook for 5 additional minutes, until fish is firm and flakes easily. Garnish each fillet with dill sprigs.
