Ingredients
- 2 tablespoons high-heat oil
- 2 to 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 3 tablespoons brown sugar
- 3 tablespoons lime juice
- 1/2 teaspoon red curry paste, or to taste
- 2 teaspoons fish sauce
- 1 cup peanut butter
- 1 (14-ounce) can coconut milk
- 1 cup water
Directions
Heat oil in a large pan or wok over medium-high heat. Sauté =garlic for a few seconds. Add remaining ingredients and blend to a smooth paste. Simmer for 5 to 7 minutes, stirring frequently.
