Ingredients
- 3 cups frozen sweet corn
- 1 (10-ounce) bag frozen shelled edamame
- 1/4 red onion, diced
- 1/2 red bell pepper, diced
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon black pepper
Directions
Rinse corn and edamame to thaw. Drain well.
Mix all ingredients and adjust seasoning with salt and pepper. Steam until tender, 3 to 5 minutes.
