- 1/2 cup heavy whipping cream
- 1/2 cup mayonnaise
- 1/2 cup prepared horseradish
- Pinch of sugar
- Salt and pepper, to taste
Whip heavy cream in a bowl until it forms soft peaks.
In another bowl, combine mayonnaise and horseradish. Add sugar, salt and pepper; stir well. Fold horseradish mixture into whipped cream until blended.
The sauce will keep, covered, in the refrigerator for 3 hours.
