- 1/4 cup butter, softened
- 1/4 cup honey
- 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 4 ears corn
Preheat grill to high.
Mix butter, honey, cinnamon and salt together in a small bowl until well combined.
Pull back husks, leaving them attached to the base of the corn; remove and discard silks. Spread softened honey-cinnamon butter over kernels and pull husks back over corn.
Place corn on grill and cover, turning occasionally, until corn is tender and charred on the outside, 15 to 20 minutes. Remove from grill and cool slightly before removing husks.
