- 12 ounces chèvre cheese, at room temperature
- 2 tablespoons half-and-half or whole milk
- 3 tablespoons honey
- 1/3 cup coarsely chopped, salted and roasted pistachios
- Sesame crackers or flatbread, for serving
Preheat oven to 350° F. In a bowl, whisk together cheese and half-and-half or whole milk until smooth. Spoon into a small, shallow gratin dish. Spread level. Bake until cheese is hot in the center and beginning to firm up at edges, about 15 minutes.
Drizzle cheese with honey and sprinkle with pistachios. Serve immediately.
