PCC annual election ballot
Voting: April 28 through May 18
To vote, download and print the ballot provided here. You must complete it and sign your ballot to have it counted.
Print the entire ballot, place in an envelope, add your own postage stamp, and mail it to the address below (the mailing address is also printed on the ballot). Or, once you have printed it and filled it out, you may drop it off at your neighborhood PCC Natural Markets store.
Mail-in ballots must be received at the PCC office by 5 p.m. on Monday, May 18. In-store balloting is permitted until each store’s close of business on Monday, May 18, 2015.
