New mouthwatering, made-from-scratch foods

We always strive to meet growing customer desire for nutritious, made-from-scratch options in our stores. With the opening of our newest location, Bothell PCC, we’ve expanded our prepared foods offerings, with the plan to roll out some of these features to additional stores. Here’s a delicious glimpse at what we have cooking.



Brined, seasoned, rubbed and roasted every day in our kitchen, the meats in the Rotisserie are sustainably raised and always include organic chicken and Non-GMO Project Verified porchetta. Our rotating menu of other succulent meats, such as asado beef and Mediterranean lamb, also includes sides, like braised greens cooked with pork drippings and seasonal roasted potatoes. Rotisserie meats are available by the pound or in a sandwich.



Debuting at Columbia City PCC and now also located at Bothell PCC, our Mexican-style Taqueria features traditional, slow-cooked fillings such as pork adobado, beef barbacoa, roasted squash and garbanzos, and chicken verde made with Non-GMO Project Verified chicken. Rice and beans, freshly prepared salsas and toppings — including avocado tomatillo and jicama slaw — and aguas frescas round out the menu.



All of our stores offer a variety of baked-from-scratch goods, including scones, cookies and cakes. With Bothell PCC, our café also features sweet and savory galettes and our decadent Pecan Chocolate Crownie. The Crownie is comprised of both chocolate chip cookie dough and brownie batter, along with pecans, dark chocolate and caramel, for a gooey, flavor bomb of a treat.
