Love Mom but you’re not much of a cook? The PCC Deli and Bakery are at your service. Visit us and pull together a tempting, fresh Mother’s Day brunch, lunch or picnic with ease. Here are some simple menu ideas to get you started.

If she’s a brunch fan — Serve up her favorite PCC quiche (order ahead at the Deli; choose from ham and spinach, the traditional Lorraine, or broccoli and cheddar). On the side, consider our Greek Salad, Hearty Greens Caesar Salad or Asparagus Orzo Salad. If it’s chilly, add her favorite PCC soup. And for dessert, a smooth PCC Pear Cream Pie or her favorite fresh fruit are just the ticket.
