PCC Board Election information

Members, do we have your current email on file? Look for important information later this spring on our 2020 Board election and details on our upcoming annual meeting. Voting will be open May 1 through May 12, and the annual meeting will be held May 13.

PCC board meeting report

The PCC Board of Trustees met on Dec. 12, 2019. The primary topic discussed was PCC’s 2020 Operating Budget and 2020 to 2024 Strategic Plan. CEO Cate Hardy and the PCC management team had presented a strategic plan and operating budget at the Board’s October meeting, including estimates of sales, cost of goods, store and office labor, as well as expenditures for social and environmental responsibility, marketing, store development, information technology and other business priorities.

The Board had reviewed the initial budget and plan in October, and the Audit and Finance Committee had conducted a deeper review of additional material in November. In December the Board approved the 2020 Operating Budget and 2020 to 2024 Strategic Plan.
