  • Your choice of wraps
  • Cream cheese (or Tofutti Better Than Cream Cheese)
  • Karam’s hummus
  • Sliced turkey
  • Thinly sliced cucumbers
  • Mashed avocado
  • Dried cranberries
  • Diced tomatoes
  • Shredded or cubed cheese
  • Shredded lettuce, cabbage or spinach
  • Nut butter
  • Jam or apple butter


Assemble by spreading or sprinkling cheese or hummus first, then add protein and desired garnishes before rolling.
