Ingredients
- 1/4 cup sherry vinegar or red wine vinegar
- 1 teaspoon white or black truffle oil
- 1 teaspoon fresh thyme leaves, chopped
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- Sea salt and freshly cracked pepper to taste
- 1/2 cup extra virgin olive oil
Directions
Combine all of the ingredients except the oil in a bowl. Pour the oil into the vinegar mixture in a thin stream, mixing it with a wire whip, until well blended.
