- 1/4 cup buttermilk
- 1/4 plain yogurt or sour cream
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- 2 teaspoons sugar, to taste (optional)
- 1 clove garlic, minced
- 1/2 teaspoon Dijon mustard
- 1 teaspoon chopped fresh parsley
- 1 teaspoon chopped fresh chives
- 1 teaspoon chopped fresh dill
- Salt and pepper, to taste
In a small bowl, whisk together ingredients. Refrigerate in a clean jar until ready to use.
