- 1 cup quinoa
- 1 1/2 cups water
Directions
Rinse the quinoa well in a fine strainer. Add the grain and water to a saucepot. Bring to a boil. Reduce heat to simmer and cover. Simmer for 10 to 15 minutes then serve.
