Ingredients
- 1 cup pomegranate juice
- 1/4 cup maple syrup
- 1 cup red wine
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce
- 1 teaspoon chili or harissa sauce
- 1/2 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper
Directions
In a small saucepan, combine pomegranate juice, maple syrup, wine, soy sauce, chili sauce and pepper. Bring to a boil and cook until reduced to a syrup, about the consistency of honey. It will thicken as it cools.
