- 1/3 pound chard and kale mix (equal parts green kale, red kale and red chard, stems removed, cut into 1-inch pieces)
- 2 tablespoons PCC Caesar Vegan Dressing
- 1/4 cup shredded Parmesan cheese
Toss greens with dressing and half the cheese. Sprinkle remaining cheese over the top of each serving bowl to garnish.
