- 1/4 cup packed fresh mint leaves
- 1 tablespoon fresh lime juice
- 3 cups mango nectar
- Chilled sparkling wine or water
Crush mint leaves with lime juice in a bowl with a wooden spoon until leaves are bruised and starting to tear. Stir in mango nectar and chill, covered, for at least 1 hour.
Strain mixture through a sieve, then combine one part mango mixture to one part chilled sparkling wine or chilled sparkling water and serve.
