Ingredients

  • 1 to 3 teaspoons stock base
  • 1 to 3 teaspoons flavor boost (optional: miso paste, hot sauce, soy sauce, etc.)
  • 1/2 cup to 3/4 cup veggies and/or protein
  • 1 cup noodles
  • 1 pint-sized jar with lid
  • 1/4 cup fresh ingredients (herbs, green onions, ginger)

Directions

To assemble:
 Place stock, flavor boost (if using), veggies and/or protein, and noodles in the jar. Place the fresh ingredients in a small Ziploc bag (flavor packet) and place on top of noodles. Put the lid on the jar and refrigerate for up to 1 week.

To eat: Remove flavor packet. Pour boiling water over the noodles to cover. Put the lid back on and steep for 2 to 3 minutes. Add contents of flavor packet and stir.
