- 3/4 cup vermouth
- 6 cups Ruby Red grapefruit juice
- 3/4 cup sugar, or to taste
- 1 bottle sparkling wine
- 1 liter carbonated water
- 2 Cara Cara oranges, thinly sliced
- 1/2 cup fresh mint leaves
Combine vermouth and grapefruit juice in a punch bowl. Add sugar and stir to dissolve. Gently add sparkling wine and carbonated water. Garnish punch with orange slices and fresh mint.
