- 6 ounces Gorgonzola cheese (choose Gorgonzola Dolce, if available)
- 6 ounces mascarpone cheese
- 1/3 cup toasted hazelnuts
- 1 baguette, sliced and toasted
- Chives for garnish
Place Gorgonzola and mascarpone in a food processor. Mix until combined, then add hazelnuts and mix until chopped. Spread on toasted baguettes, garnish with chives and serve.
