Ginger-Cranberry Kombucha Mimosa

  • 1 (750ml) bottle champagne or sparkling wine, chilled
  • 2 (14-ounce) bottles ginger-flavored kombucha
  • 3/4 cup cranberry juice
  • 1 (1-inch) piece ginger, peeled and smashed
  • Fresh cranberries, to garnish


In a large pitcher, stir together champagne, kombucha, cranberry juice and ginger. Serve immediately in champagne glasses, garnished with fresh cranberries.
