Ingredients
- 2 teaspoons caraway seeds
- 1 teaspoon fennel seeds
- 1 teaspoon cumin seeds
- 1 liter vodka
- Mild honey, to taste
Directions
Add spices to the bottle of vodka. Cover, place in a dark cupboard and let steep for 3 weeks.
Strain out spices. Sweeten spiced vodka to taste with honey. Keeps, refrigerated, for up to 6 months.
