  • 1 (14-ounce) can full-fat coconut milk (low fat will not work)
  • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 2 tablespoons sugar


In a cold bowl, combine all ingredients and whisk with an electric beater on high until fluffy and firm.

Serve as a topping for Chocolate Mousse or other desserts.
