- 1 grapefruit
- 2 teaspoons brown sugar or honey
Cut grapefruit in half and remove seeds. Cut around the edge and sections with a serrated knife to loosen. Sprinkle each half with brown sugar or drizzle with honey.
Broil grapefruit for 2 to 10 minutes, or until juice bubbles and edge of peel turns light brown. Serve hot.
