- 1 tablespoon minced shallots
- 2 tablespoons honey
- 4 tablespoons red wine vinegar
- 3/4 cup olive-sunflower oil blend
- 1/4 cup crumbled blue cheese
- Salt and pepper, to taste
Place shallots, honey and red wine vinegar in a stainless steel mixing bowl. While whisking, drizzle in oil until emulsified (it’s OK if it breaks, just re-whisk). Mix in cheese and season with salt and pepper.
