  • 4 ounces Gorgonzola cheese
  • 1/2 cup buttermilk
  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  • 1/4 cup sour cream
  • 1 1/2 teaspoons Worcestershire sauce
  • 1/4 cup chopped fresh parsley


Combine cheese and buttermilk in a food processor or blender; puree until smooth. Mix in remaining ingredients. Refrigerate up to 1 week.
