Yogurt Green Goddess Dressing

Ingredients

  • 1/4 cup chopped fresh basil
  • 3 tablespoons chopped fresh tarragon
  • 3 tablespoons chopped fresh parsley
  • 1 ripe avocado – pitted, peeled and chopped
  • 1/4 cup plain yogurt
  • 3 tablespoons lemon juice
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • Salt and pepper, to taste

Directions

Place all ingredients in a food processor or blender and pulse until smooth. Thin dressing with water, if needed. Use immediately or refrigerate in a sealed container for up to 3 days.
