Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup plain Greek yogurt
  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 2 to 3 tablespoons lemon juice, to taste
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 2 teaspoons anchovy paste (optional)
  • 1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
  • Salt and pepper, to taste

Directions

Whisk all ingredients in a small bowl until smooth. Serve immediately or refrigerate in a sealed container for up to 3 days.
