New food access webpage

Visit PCC’s new food access webpage to learn about the many ways we strive to make fresh, nutritious food available throughout our community.

We approach food accessibility on many levels. We focus on addressing current needs in the emergency food system, making food accessible to all shoppers in our stores, and looking for ways to address larger, systemic issues related to food access and nutrition.

Throughout July, we will be raising money for our partner food agencies through the PCC Food Bank program that PCC members, shoppers and staff have generously supported over the past three decades. Funds raised for the program provide local, organic produce and grocery items for our community partners. Each and every dollar (and penny!) contributed goes directly to partner organizations in the form of food or cash—nothing is used for administrative costs. Donations can be made at the register or online.
