PCC has been selected as the 2016 Retailer of the Year by WholeFoods Magazine!

In announcing the honor, the monthly trade magazine traced PCC’s history and growth, praising our cooperative model and “pioneering spirit.” In particular, it commended PCC for pushing for strong organic standards nationally, partnering directly with local, organic farmers, and setting high standards in every department of our stores.

The magazine says PCC “has been influential in determining food policy” and that “members have an active role in the stores’ future.”

“PCC will continue to be at the forefront of change, listening to its members and looking out for all its shoppers, so that customers can make confident and informed choices. That is why PCC is WholeFoods Magazine’s 2016 Retailer of the Year.”

Thank you for helping make PCC a national leader. Read the article.
