One ingredient, five ways: buttermilk

Yogurt, kefir, kombucha and pickles: our palates have fallen in love with tangy cultured foods. One taste of lovely local buttermilk from Grace Harbor Farms (PCC is the first retailer to have this available) will make it your new food crush; it doesn’t hurt that it’s loaded with riboflavin, B12, calcium and phosphorus. It’s made with rich whole milk from Guernsey cows , and pasteurized but not homogenized. You’ll need to give it a good shake before cooking with it or drinking.
