- 1 1/2 cups pumpkin seeds
- 2 teaspoons extra virgin olive oil (or melted butter)
- Any of the following seasonings, to taste: garlic powder, cayenne pepper, seasoned salt, curry powder, cinnamon with sugar
Preheat oven to 300° F.
Rinse the seeds in a colander and remove as much pulp as possible. Toss the seeds in a bowl with olive oil and the seasonings of your choice. Spread seeds in a single layer on an oiled baking sheet. Bake for about 45 minutes, stirring occasionally, until golden brown.
