Ingredients
- 1/2 cup tahini
- 1/3 to 1/2 cup lemon juice
- 3 cloves garlic, chopped
- 1 tablespoon tamari
- 2 teaspoons maple syrup, or to taste
- 1/2 cup water, or more
Directions
Combine all ingredients in a blender. Blend to a creamy consistency. Add more water if too thick. Keeps refrigerated up to a week.
