- 2 bunches radishes, thinly sliced
- Olive oil, to taste
- Celtic sea salt, to taste
- 2 green onions, green parts finely minced
- 1 baguette, sliced
Combine radishes, olive oil, salt and green onions just before serving.
Place bread slices on a baking sheet and toast in a preheated 425º F oven for 4 to 5 minutes. Turn each piece and toast for another 1 to 2 minutes.
Pile radish mixture on toasted baguette slices and serve.
