Ingredients
- 4 to 6 ounces cooked chicken breast or thigh, shredded
- 1/2 avocado, sliced
- 2 to 4 thin slices red onion
- 2 to 4 tablespoons prepared salsa
- 2 warm whole wheat tortillas or chapatis
Directions
On a flat surface, layer half of each ingredient in the middle of 1 tortilla, leaving about 1 inch of the tortilla edges exposed.
Fold the left and right edges of the tortilla to partially cover the filling. Roll the bottom edge over the filling toward the top. Repeat with the other tortilla and remaining ingredients.
