  • 1 1/2 ounces Pink Peppercorn Gin
  • 1 ounce Byrrh, or other sweet, mild aperitif
  • 1 1/2 tablespoons fresh Meyer lemon juice
  • 1/2 tablespoon maple syrup
  • Ice


Combine all ingredients in a cocktail shaker. Briskly shake for 10 seconds or until your desired level of cold.

Strain into a coupe glass and enjoy.

Special notes:

If you’re unable to find a Meyer lemon, you may substitute with a regular lemon. Meyers have an inherent sweetness, so you may want to increase the amount of maple syrup to your taste.
