- 1 1/2 ounces Pink Peppercorn Gin
- 1 ounce Byrrh, or other sweet, mild aperitif
- 1 1/2 tablespoons fresh Meyer lemon juice
- 1/2 tablespoon maple syrup
Combine all ingredients in a cocktail shaker. Briskly shake for 10 seconds or until your desired level of cold.
Strain into a coupe glass and enjoy.
If you’re unable to find a Meyer lemon, you may substitute with a regular lemon. Meyers have an inherent sweetness, so you may want to increase the amount of maple syrup to your taste.
