- 1 cup plain yogurt
- 1 to 2 teaspoons maple syrup or honey, to taste (optional)
- 1 cup chopped mixed fruit (see note)
- 2 tablespoons granola, mixed nuts, seeds or coconut flakes
Ina tall glass, add 1/2 cup yogurt. Drizzle with syrup or honey and top with 1/2 cup fruit. Sprinkle with 1 tablespoon granola, nuts or coconut. Repeat layers with remaining ingredients. Serve immediately to keep granola crunchy.
Use your favorite combination of seasonal fresh fruit. In the spring and early summer, try strawberries, blueberries and raspberries. In late summer, use peaches, plums and nectarines. in the winter and fall, use pears and apples.
