Peach or Mango Sorbet

  • 1/2 pound (1 1/2 cups) frozen peaches or mangoes
  • 2 tablespoons lime juice
  • 1/2 cup coconut milk
  • 2 tablespoons maple syrup
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/2 to 1 teaspoon chopped jalapeño pepper (optional)


In a food processor, combine all ingredients. Process until smooth and creamy. Serve immediately or keep in the freezer until ready to serve.
