Ingredients
- 1 cup balsamic vinegar
- 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
- 2 teaspoons sugar
- 2 teaspoons minced garlic
- 1 teaspoon dried oregano
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon black pepper
- 3/4 cup olive oil
Directions
Place all the ingredients, except oil, in a food processor and blend until combined. With the food processor running, slowly add oil to emulsify.
