- 1/4 cup tahini
- 1 tablespoon red miso
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- 1/4 cup warm water, or more as needed
- Freshly cracked black pepper
Combine tahini, miso and lemon juice in a small bowl or lidded jar. Mix with a spoon into a smooth paste. Add water gradually, stirring until the dressing is smooth. You may need more than 1/4 cup water to reach desired consistency. Add pepper, to taste.
Store in the refrigerator for about 1 week. Dressing thickens as it sits, so you will need to add more water to thin.
