- 8 tablespoons butter
- 1 cup light brown sugar
- 1/2 cup heavy cream
- 1/4 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon
Melt butter in a heavy-bottomed pan. Stir in sugar, cream, cocoa powder and cinnamon; stir constantly with a whisk until well-blended and melted.
Serve with rice pudding or vanilla ice cream.
