  • 1 (14-ounce) can artichoke hearts, drained and quartered
  • 1 (14-ounce) can garbanzo beans, drained
  • 4 ounces crumbled feta cheese
  • 1/2 cup cherry tomatoes
  • 1/2 cup chopped brined olives
  • 5 ounces mixed greens or romaine lettuce, chopped
  • 3 green onions, chopped
  • Prepared tahini dressing, to taste
  • Pita bread, for serving (optional)


In a bowl, combine artichoke hearts, garbanzo beans, cheese, tomatoes, lettuce and green onions. Drizzle with dressing and serve with pita bread.
