- 1 (14-ounce) can artichoke hearts, drained and quartered
- 1 (14-ounce) can garbanzo beans, drained
- 4 ounces crumbled feta cheese
- 1/2 cup cherry tomatoes
- 1/2 cup chopped brined olives
- 5 ounces mixed greens or romaine lettuce, chopped
- 3 green onions, chopped
- Prepared tahini dressing, to taste
- Pita bread, for serving (optional)
In a bowl, combine artichoke hearts, garbanzo beans, cheese, tomatoes, lettuce and green onions. Drizzle with dressing and serve with pita bread.
